Provided preliminary AE-1 design services for an addition to San Antonio Military Medical Center under an IDIQ contract with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District. Project relocates existing hyperbaric chambers and wound care clinic from Lackland AFB to SAMMC/Joint Base San Antonio.  Our concept design is based on LEAN processes developed with users as part of Concept of Operations.  Developed bridging documents for architecture, MEP and low voltage systems for the RFP for new construction and renovations as a Design-Build project.  Site development included improving ABA parking, modifying topography, relocating existing utilities and AT/FP standoff criteria.
