This project involves the renovation of outpatient clinics at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Outpatient clinic room by room programming, departmental interviews and evaluations, code analysis, development of concept of operations and overall architectural and engineering project description, cost development, assisting our client to prepare Request for Proposals for Design-Build contract awards.
